OTHA 100 - Introduction to Occupational Therapy - 2.00学分

OTHA 102 - Documentation Guidelines - 2.00学分
Prerequisite: Formal admission to the 职业治疗助理 program. This course presents guidelines for documentation and reimbursement of occupational therapy services.
OTHA 103 - Clinical Conditions - 2.00学分
Prerequisite: Formal admission to the 职业治疗助理 program. This course covers the etiology, clinical process, and prognosis of common diseases and illnesses. Content includes the effect of disease or illness on an individual’s performance and the impact this has on the person, 家庭与社会.
OTHA 106 - Therapeutic Interventions I - 4.00学分
Prerequisite: Formal admission to the 职业治疗助理 program. This course covers basic therapeutic interventions, 技术, applications and legislation pertinent to OT practice. Students will learn Occupational Therapy’s role in promoting health and wellness.
OTHA 114 - Introduction to Fieldwork - 1.00学分
Prerequisite: Formal admission into the 职业治疗助理 Program. This course introduces students to the role, policies and procedures of fieldwork and the delivery of occupational therapy services. This course contains information on professional behavior, 沟通技巧, and the values and code of ethics for the practice of occupational therapy.
OTHA 116 - Level I Fieldwork I - 0.50学分
Prerequisite: Admission to the 职业治疗助理 program. Introduction to the role, policies, and procedures of fieldwork. Directed experience in a specified community setting.
OTHA 118 - Assessment and Intervention - 3.00学分
