LEGL 125 - Legal Research & Writing I (3 credits)
Prerequisites: ENGL 101 or higher, 战略与国际研究中心115, COMM 100 or COMM 102, LEGL 100, 和 admission into the Legal 和 Paralegal Studies Program. 这 course provides an introduction to legal research 和 writing. Students will learn the techniques 和 skills necessary to conduct legal research, including use of a law library 和 computer-assisted research. Students will learn basic legal writing skills.
